Nacho Chicken Casserole

  • 1 cup cubed cooked chicken
  • 3/4 cup crushed nacho tortilla chips
  • 2/3 cup condensed cream of chick soup
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 TBS 2% milk
  • 1 TBS chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 tsp chopped jalapeno pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
  1. In a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Combine the cheeses; stir half into the chicken mixture.
  2. Transfer to a 1-qt baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses.
  4. Bake uncovered at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
