Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
  • 2 cups cubed ham
  • 2 cups MINUTE rice
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • 2 cups cream of chicken soup

1. Mix together and put in casserole dish. Add salt and pepper to taste and add crushed cutons on top if desired.

2. Bake at 350 for 45 min- 1 hour
