Chicken Rice Casserole- From Amy
what you will need:
-Cooked chopped chicken about 2 cups
-Cooked rice, about 6 cups
-1 can cream of chicken soup
-1 package frozen chopped brocoli
-Shredded cheese
-1 cup sour cream
-1 cup mayonaise
If dry add water
Mix all ingredients together, mix cheese in, and layer on top. If you bake this casserole, bake it at 350 degrees for 30 minutes!
