Cream Cheese Frosting

Cream Cheese Frosting
8 oz softened cream cheese
1 stick room temp butter
2-3 cups flour
1 tsp vanilla
Cream together

Amanda Sugar Cookies

  • 1 cup margarine/butter
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 5 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp salt
cream together maragine and sugar, beat in eggs and vanilla and sour cream. Combine flour, baking powder and salt, stir into cream mixture.
Dough kind of light and sticky.
Mix in the morning and let sit in fridge for 2 hours, then roll out dough and cut.
Bake at 350 8-10 or until light brown
